The Space:

Parque Santiago II 252 - Two Bed is a charming duplex apartment located on the 3rd floor of the complex, offering breathtaking scenic views of the sea. The balcony is thoughtfully designed with a comfortable sofa adorned with plush cushions, creating an ideal spot to relax and enjoy the surroundings. On the opposite side, you'll find a patio table accompanied by a couple of chairs, perfect for al fresco dining. Additionally, a convenient clothes airer is provided for your convenience.



Stepping back inside through the patio doors, you'll discover a tastefully furnished lounge area. It features a cosy 3-seater sofa, complemented by two armchairs, allowing ample seating for your comfort. Entertainment is at your fingertips with the wall-mounted flat-screen TV offering a selection of English and international satellite channels. A coffee table with a wifi router is also provided, ensuring connectivity during your stay. Furthermore, a dining table with four chairs is available for shared meals and enjoyable conversations.



The well-equipped kitchen boasts modern amenities, including an oven, a 4-ring ceramic hob, an extractor fan, a microwave, a dishwasher, a fridge, a coffee maker, a kettle, and a toaster. Whether you're a culinary enthusiast or simply prefer the convenience of preparing meals at home, this kitchen has everything you need.



On the lower level, you'll find the master bedroom, furnished with two comfortable single beds. The bedroom is complete with a bedside table and light, an occasional chair, a fitted wardrobe, and a chest of drawers. For your entertainment, a wall-mounted flat-screen TV with English and international channels is available. Additionally, a selection of books is provided on the shelves, allowing guests to indulge in a good read. The ensuite bathroom offers a refreshing shower, a wash hand basin, and a WC.



Ascending the stairs, you'll reach the second bedroom and bathroom. This inviting space features two single beds pushed together, accompanied by bedside tables with bedside lights. Similar to the master bedroom, a wall-mounted flat-screen TV with English and international satellite channels and a fitted wardrobe are provided. A door leads to a small third bedroom, which offers comfortable beds suitable for small children. There are 2 mattresses and if preferable, one of the mattresses can be moved into the living room for a 5th person. The ensuite bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower, a wash hand basin, a WC, and a washing machine.



Please note that the apartment is located on the 3rd floor and does not have lift access, which may be difficult for those with mobility concerns.



For your convenience, linen and towels are provided, and an optional linen/towel change is available for 8 euros per person. The apartment will be cleaned before your arrival, and if desired, an additional cleaning service can be arranged for 12 euros per hour.



Please be aware that the lead guests must be 25 years or older, and the rental is limited to families only. We kindly request no groups consisting solely of males or females. The maximum occupancy of the apartment is 4 adults and 1 child
