STONE VILLA
Stone Villa is located in an exclusive residential area in the south of Tenerife known as "CHAYOFA" and is made up only of independent villas, some residential buildings and lots of vegetation. A green oasis of great tranquility just 5 minutes from the famous tourist centers of Los Cristianos and Las Américas and its golden beaches. It has been built with white pebble rock and black volcanic rock that give it a rustic appearance that blends perfectly with the modern interior style.
Built on a single floor and with a south-east exposure and it receives the sun almost all day! The plot measures about 450 sq.m while the interior surface is 120 sq.m. The exterior terraces measure about 300 sq.m where there is a beautiful private pool that can be heated for an additional cost of 10 Euros per night.
The property, which has been completely renovated in December 2024 with high quality materials and finished internally in a beautiful modern style, has solar panels, a solar thermal system for hot water and air conditioning in all its interior environments.
It is composed of 3 double bedrooms (each bedroom has an en suite bathroom), 1 toilet, a modern kitchen and a spacious living room from where you can enjoy a wonderful view over the coast of the island.
The main bedroom has a beautiful sea and coast view, It measures 16 m2 and the bed measures 180 cm wide by 200 cm long. The others bedrooms have a bed of 160 cm wide by 190 cm long. All rooms have a wardrobe with drawers. The modern kitchen is equipped with all appliances such as a dishwasher, washing machine, ventilated electric oven, ceramic hob, microwave oven and refrigerator with freezer compartment. In the living room there is 1 high-end sofa bed (with a 180 x 200 cm mattress), a dining table and a 55-inch smart television.
Opposite the villa there is a pharmacy and in the immediate vicinity there are two well-known restaurants and a supermarket which is opening 7 days a week. The EAGLE PARK and the public hospital EL MOJON remain just 1 km away. A taxi to Los Cristianos or Las Americas costs less than 10 euros.
Please keep in mind that it is a residential area so please do not make disturbing noises from 11:00 pm until 8:00 am.
Upon arrival you will find a welcome pack that includes coffee, sugar, milk, water, beers and fruit.
For all stays longer than 9 nights, a linen change service will be offered.
The published prices are for a group of up to max. 5 guests. From the sixth guest an extra fee of 25 euros per night per guest will be applied. There are no fees for children up to 2 years of age.
Reservations are not accepted for groups of young people under 28 years of age.

We have just returned from an absolutely wonderful stay in the beautiful Stone Villa. It has just undergone a complete renovation and the decoration and all furnishings are beautiful. Wonderful views from the sunny terrace. Lovely warm private small pool. Great kitchen with lots of thoughtful and useful supplies from the owner. Comfortable beds and great blinds in all the bedrooms, and AC/heating. Brand new BBQ. Fabio met us at the property on arrival and was so welcoming and friendly. We could not fault our stay. We had a car which is necessary as the walk into town is too long and on main roads, but we enjoyed the local restaurants and used the small local supermarket to top up supplies. The use of the large communal pool is also a bonus. Thank you Fabio for a wonderful holiday. We would love to return!
Super schöne und neue renovierte Villa. Super schön gestaltet und bietet genug Platz für 6 Personen. Der Pool ist auch super schön und man findet eine Abkühlung.Was ein wenig schade ist, dass es leider nur 4 Liegen am Pool gibt, obwohl die Villa für 6 Personen ausgelegt ist. Leider sind auch keine Sonnenschirme vorhanden. Die Villa hat drei Schlafzimmer, jeweils mit eigenem Bad und es gibt noch ein separates WC. Die Küche bietet auch alles, was man für die Zubereitung von Essen braucht. Klar, das ein oder andere würde man sich wünschen. Aber es ist ja nicht die eigene Wohnung. Waschmaschine und Co ist auch vorhanden. Alles in allem auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen. Toller Gastgeber!
