The residence, consisting of 30 units, was designed in harmony with the Costa Smeralda’s architecture. Completely renovated in 2020, it provides bright spaces and notable privacy, with breathtaking views of white sandy beaches and emerald sea from the terrace, where you will find a dining and relaxation area.
The bright living room with dining area leads to the veranda overlooking the sea. The kitchenette is cozy and well equipped. The sleeping area includes a double bedroom with balcony, a twin room with a French bed and a second bed, and two bathrooms with showers.
The property also features covered parking, gated access, and a communal pool (15.06-15.09) with sea view, set in a peaceful oasis.
The location is strategic, just a few minutes by car from Porto Cervo center, the village of Abbiadori with various services, and the most beautiful beaches of Costa Smeralda, such as Piccolo and Grande Pevero.
