Pleasant detached villa located in the resort of Baja Sardinia in a residential complex with swimming pool and tennis court condominium, small but nice equipped beach accessible via a short walk.

The house has been recently renovated in the living room, arranged on several levels, with wooden beamed ceilings, consists of an air-conditioned living room TV corner that opens onto the verandas covered with additional dining area and relaxation area - dining area - kitchenette to the American, the sleeping area consists of a master bedroom with en suite bathroom, on the second floor second air-conditioned double bedroom, bathroom with shower, 3 bedrooms with bunk beds and large closet that serves also the other two rooms. The property can sleep up to 6 guests.

Air conditioning is available in the living room as well as the bedroom on the 1st floor.

In the basement another bedroom with two beds with window, bathroom.

Well-kept garden that runs around the house and gives it great privacy, covered parking spaces.

Equipment: TV, fridge, microwave oven, dishwasher, washing machine.

The swimming pool is open from 01 June to 30 September.
