There is ONE dedicated parking spot for this condo; any additional vehicles must park elsewhere (no exceptions).

This condominium is pet friendly. There will be a $75 non-refundable pet fee. This will not be included in your payment to Airbnb. Guests will need to contact Towns Property Management, Inc. to provide a credit card for this fee. If Towns Property Management, Inc. has not received this payment prior to check-in, they reserve the right to cancel the reservation and no refund will be issued to the guest.
