The room was well maintained, quiet and very clean. Nice decor. All amenities I look for were present (refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, adequate free parking.) Breakfast was varied and bountiful.

I visited Asheville with my family of five and, unfortunately, we did not enjoy our stay at this hotel. The Jamaican woman at front desk was friendly and welcoming when we first checked in, but after that, we had no further interaction with any hotel staff—not a single greeting or check-in during our stay. The cleanliness of the room was also concerning. There were dried brown stains on the bathroom floor behind the toilet, which made us question how thoroughly the room had been cleaned. Parking was chaotic in the evenings, with no clearly communicated system in place once the lot filled up. The biggest letdown was the breakfast. Aside from the waffles, there was little that was edible, and the coffee was particularly bad. On a positive note, we did feel completely safe throughout our trip, which we appreciated. I would not stay here again.
