Cozy home w/Hot Tub in trendy West Asheville!

The home is located in trendy West Asheville, just a short walk to amazing restaurants, breweries, music venues, bars, and shops. Downtown Asheville, the Biltmore House, and the River Arts District are just a short ride away. This quaint two-bedroom home is the upstairs of a ranch-style house and has a comfortable queen size bed in each room and all linens are provided. Also has a 4 person hot tub just off the kitchen on the back deck to catch a sunset! The living room has a large cozy couch and a TV for a relaxing night in. The kitchen is stocked with all the necessities, including complimentary coffee, and tea, as well as a dining table. There is a full bathroom with extra linens provided. Enjoy the large fenced-in backyard where you can relax on a large deck and let your pet play. (Wildlife notice: some of the neighbors have chickens and roosters. As far as this being a disturbance for our guests they are hardly noticed, but it might be disturbing for your pet). We provide private, off-street parking during your stay around the back of the home. I hope you choose my home for your next stay in Asheville! The place is great for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families, and furry friends.

We had absolutely everything we needed during our stay. The hot tub was comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. There were plenty of towels and check out instructions were easy peezy. The location is perfect. We loved being able to walk up to Taco Billy’s. Great place!

This was perfect for our family weekend getaway. The place had everything we needed (hot tub was a definite plus!) and the location worked well for us. From here, we walked to several nearby businesses - New Belgium Brewery, Small Batch Glass Studio (great class!), Harvest Records, Hole Doughnuts, etc. We were also just a short drive to downtown Asheville which was fun to explore in the evening. Pisgah NF is about an hour from here (beautiful waterfalls!), the NC Arboretum about 15 min, and shopping outlet/malls 15-30 min.

This is such a cute little house. It was very clean and excellently stocked with anything you may need or may have forgotten. I was a little concerned about the neighborhood when we first got there, but we had absolutely no problems and enjoyed our stay. Hot tub was an added plus.

We really enjoyed our stay! The house was clean, comfortable, and well stocked with everything we needed. It’s located in a quiet, safe neighborhood just 5–7 minutes from downtown. We’d definitely stay here again.

We loved the location of this rental. We walked right over to New Belgium, and it was close to so many other walkable shops and restaurants. We did not feel the safest with a front door code that was reused, no actual lock on the back door, and no locks from inside the space for shared doors. The space didn’t look entirely like the pictures, especially with the family room rug being quite worn/couch stains. The space needs a deep clean. Check-in was easy. Host communicated in a timely manner.

We had the most enjoyable stay. Everything was clean. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils. We did appreciated the coffee and teas provided.The beds were comfortable as well. We appreciate the location. It was a great sisters trip. The TV is Roku and you must sign to streaming channels. Unfortunately it does not support Dish TV. It is with in walking distance to restaurants and a brewery.

Great location, very clean, towels were remarkably soft. Host was easy to get ahold of and check-in was easy. Would have preferred more secure locks on the exterior doors and two-way locks on the doors leading to the owner’s downstairs residence, as well as a unique pin for the front door for each guest.

The house was very clean and check in was a breeze. Perfect for my friend and I girls' weekend in Asheville! Close to Biltmore and the area was really cute with great restaurants. Loved the k cups and that there was shower soap in the shower. We had everything we needed. Thank you!

My friends and I stayed here for a mid-week Asheville explore and it was great. The location was walkable to the River Arts District and several west Asheville coffee and food spots. The hot tub was spotless and a nice treat at night. We didn't have our pups with us, but it's clearly a very dog-friendly property.
