Cute tiny home that feels like a small motel room but not in a motel. Nice house like feeling inside, but could have benefited from a “spring cleaning”. Unfortunately, the wifi and tv connection didn’t work more than 5mins at a time during our stay. The location is near other older properties but we felt safe in the neighborhood and it was super quiet overnight. Close driving distance to downtown Hendersonville.

This is a simple but cozy home nestled behind lots of dining options. We walked to dinner at Tequilas. It is small but clean and served our needs. There are white squirrels (retirement community of squirrels?) in the yard which is so unique to see.

We went to Hendersonville to spend Christmas and New Year's with family who live in the area. The tiny house was just what we needed for a good night's sleep. Nice small place for those that are travelling alone or a couple. Small bathroom and smaller than most hotel rooms. Quiet neighbourhood and easy access to highways and shopping. Did not see any property manager or owner as check-in and check-out were by auto lock on door.

This property was clean, well maintained, quiet and the perfect size for the two of us. The description and photo's were completely accurate. It was conveniently located right off the interstate, near food & shopping and easy to find. We did have an issue with the internet and tv at one point, but when we contacted the owner, they responded immediately and the issue was immediately resolved. We would definitely stay here again.
