Bright, airy corner residence with beautiful views of the mountains and downtown skyline. This 2 bedroom 2 bath condo is a spacious, open concept design with stylish finishes and fixtures throughout and exquisite attention to detail. Everything is brand new and sparkling clean. Large windows invite plenty of natural sunlight. Kitchen opens directly into living area; enjoy your meals at the kitchen bar or at at the dining area table (seats 4).

Best of all -- walk out the front door of the building and you're in the heart of downtown Asheville and it's many award winning restaurants, tasting rooms, boutiques and galleries. You can go for days without using your car.

If you get the urge to explore further afield, hop in your car - it's only a short five minute drive to the beautiful Biltmore Estate, Biltmore Village or Blue Ridge Mountain trails.

The 45 Asheland Building is very secure with a keyless, coded exterior entrance and elevator to make your comings and goings safe and easy. There is one dedicated parking space for each condo in the garage; additional cars must park in one of the city's many downtown spots. There is actually a lot next to the building on the north side.

What a perfect location and wonderful condo! I go to Asheville pretty regularly and was tired of hotels being more expensive and not having the basics. Mary's place is perfect! It only took one walk to realize that yes, it really IS in the middle of everything. We were able to walk pretty much everywhere we wanted to go. The beds are really comfortable, and the shower is great too. Can't wait to go back!

Walk to everything

This was a perfect condo. Very close to everything. One thing was it was a little loud which she did tell us about and they provided us with white noise machines which made it better. We were able to deal with it as we like noise to sleep, but I know some people don’t. One thing we missed having in the kitchen was Wine glasses, I’m a wine snob and like drinking them out of a wine glass. Other than that it was a perfect trip.

Modern condo in downtown Asheville

The modern condo in downtown Asheville was centrally located, large and nicely furnished. The homeless guys in the doorways street noise (abated byre noise machines) were not so nice. The absence of wine glasses,, laundry detergent and Klee ex was evidence of a host who needed to be a little more generous.

We loved how clean and secure that the condo was. We really enjoyed having a parking place included with the rental. We would have liked to have darker blinds or curtains in the bedrooms. It was really bright with the street light shining in the windows at night. We did have trouble with the dryer (it could have been operator error). We loved being able to walk to the downtown restaurants and attractions. Overall, it was a great place to stay.

Great condo in central Asheville

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean, central, and secure. We were walking distance from everything in downtown. Communication with host was great and she invited us to check in a little early since the cleaning crew was done ahead of schedule on our arrival day. Would definitely stay here again!

Easy walk

Mary was very responsive to questions we had about the wifi (it seemed to be better in the morning and not as great at night). The building feels safe and secure. As other reviewers have stated, the porch overlooks the bus depot. But, it also has views of the orange peels Rabbit Rabbit venue, which was great for us because Jason Isbell played one night and it was like being at the concert (over by 10pm). Noise wasn’t a problem for us and there are sound machines provided if you need them. Very clean and easy walkability into downtown.

Great option that is not a hotel!

Great location! Can walk to everything downtown. Very safe with all the door codes. Can leave car in locked garage. Cons- across from bus station so very noisy/loud. Lots of bums hanging around. This unit needs ceiling fans, room darkening drapes, and a Keurig coffee maker.
