The place is new and beds comfy. Location can be noisy due to proximity to road. Imagine that rooms on the back are quieter. Super close to downtown Asheville but not walkable.

The room was clean, contemporary and very large with a comfortable bed. The bathroom was also very large and had a great shower with good pressure and plenty of hot water. Kristen at the front desk was awesome and the included breakfast was better than I expected.

Here for a family member in the hospital. Staff was helpful and flexible as I added nights to my stay. Clientele is mostly families, tourists so it's quiet and peaceful no obnoxious partiers. Very well kept
