Gorgeous Mountain View, Duplex B, Dog Friendly, Fresh New Look

Asheville needs visitors. As you probably already know, Asheville was hugely affected by Hurricane Helene. Asheville is trying to build our town back but need the help of out-of-town guests. Without tourist's local restaurants, artists, breweries, etc. won't be able to stay afloat.
We are a small family-owned business and need help too. Stay with us. Our rental is available and ready to take on visitors.

Please THOROUGHLY read all of the property description to ensure this property will meet your needs BEFORE booking.

Our rental has been recently updated. The entire inside has been painted! Few other things have been changed.

WIFI:
The rental’s WIFI works great for working remotely. Lots of guest lately have been working remotely with no problems.

This property has an amazing Mountain view inside and outside of the rental. Rental is in a quiet neighborhood. Few houses around the rental.

This is a DUPLEX. You have the left side of the duplex. You have your own deck and entrance into your rental. This rental is in a neighborhood. There are a few houses around the rental. Neighbors are quiet.

The 1st floor has a full working kitchen and a table for four.
Kitchen includes, Stove, Dishwasher, Microwave, Fridge, Sink, toaster, hot shot (to heat water quick for tea, 12 cup Coffee pot and kcup. We also provide Dish soap, dishwashing pods, Hand soap, Kitchen towels, Paper Towels, Coffee Filters, and napkins.
The living room is right off kitchen with a half bath. The mountain views from the living room are breathtaking. Living room has a couch, a recliner, and a chair. There is a Smart Tv set up in the living room with Hulu live (to watch live tv), Netflix, and Disney+ and Internet.
The Half Bath is next to the living room. We provide enough Toilet paper for a few nights and Hand soap.
The 2nd floor:
When you come up from the stairs, there is a sitting area with great views of the mountains. this sitting area can also be used as a bedroom. It has a futon that can be pulled out and made into a Full-size bed. There is a Tv in this sitting room.
The full bath has a tub/shower. We provide towels and washcloths for each guest. Also, will provide enough toilet paper for a few days, and Hand Soap. The bathroom is between the den and the bedroom.
The Master Bedroom has a King size bed and vaulted ceilings.
There is a large closet inside the bedroom.

**This is a 1 Bedroom rental. The Sitting room has a futon that can be pulled out as a small full-size bed.** Works well for 1 adult or 2 children.

There are 3 HD TV's, with internet service in this rental. We offer Hulu live, Disney+, Netflix.

*Extra Guest- The number of guests on your reservation is the amount of guests allowed at the rental at any time. If more guests decide to come at the last minute or you will be having friends or family come over to visit please just notify us for approval. We price our rental to make it affordable for a single person, or a couple, even though it will sleep up to 4 people. After 2 guests we charge a fee for each guest for each night.

No more than 4 people are allowed at the rental at any time.
No PARTIES AT THIS RENTAL.
This rental is really a good rental for 1-3 adults (due to the futon being on the smaller side and it being a duplex).

ONLY DOGS:
We allow dogs but have some guidelines we will need to send you to read and agree to before booking. Also before booking please check with us and give us a description of your dogs (size, age, temperament, house trained, etc.) There is a pet fee for each dog to stay with us. If you are wanting to bring more than one dog, please let us know before booking.
We do not allow any other type of animals inside of our rentals.

It is just 2 miles to I-40 and 1 mile from an entrance to the Blue Ridge Parkway. You can be in downtown Asheville or the Biltmore House in 10 minutes or so.
There are grocery stores and restaurants just minutes away.

We take our cleaning procedures very seriously. We personally clean our rentals, and double check before you arrive. We always are disinfecting surfaces, doorknobs, light switches, tv remotes, etc.

This home is convenient to all areas we were visiting in the area. It was very clean and well stocked. Lindsay was quick to respond to all questions, and very helpful! The porch was perfect for mountain views and morning coffee, and watching the fireflies in the evenings.

We really enjoyed our stay. The kitchen was well equipped. The bed was comfortable, The TV was confusing, but we finally figured it out. The only aspect I didn't like was that we had to keep our dog on a leash in the backyard because of the small children next door. We never say any children or adults. Just heard a dog barking inside.

Perfect - But Caution to Those With Bad Knees

We loved this place! The view of the Blue Ridge Mountains is fantastic! Immaculate, convenient to everything, roomy and chock full of clean towels, soap, laundry soap, dishwashing detergent, even a kitchen junk drawer with scissors, pen, etc. The stairs, however, are on the high side and pose a difficulty to those with knee arthritis (me.) My husband, who has no arthritis, agreed that the stairs were higher than usual. I’m sure the stairs conform to the required building code, but I was uncomfortable. I coped by going up and down the stairs as little as possible. I also got a soft knee brace from the nearby grocery store, which helped. If you have bad knees should you stay here? Only you can answer the question. Except for the stairs, this apartment is wonderful., and fairly priced.

Great View! Easy access

The property was perfect for our needs. The views were amazing, and the space was clean. The kitchen was well appointed which helped us quite a bit. I wouldn’t hesitate to cook full meals here. It was easy access to the Parkway, Folk Art Center, I-40, and a convenient Ingle’s 5min away. Asheville Mall is only 10-15 away as well. The River access was quite a treat, but beware the trail is for sure footed folks only. Small children and elderly won’t enjoy it. It’s off camber and pretty steep. Communication was very clear with the host, and there is lots of documentation in the notebook. All said, we enjoyed the space, and we got what we paid for. This space was in our budget. I was slightly disappointed in the furniture and bedding. It’s all pretty budget. The King sized bed is a wire metal frame only, no box spring, and a fairly thin mattress. Kind of like a really nice pull out couch. The 2nd bed appeared to be a futon, but we didn’t use it. The space is well appointed for its purpose, but it’s 1000% a rental property and shows some wear and tear. You won’t get the location and convenience for a better price in town, if you want something nicer you’ll have to pay for it.

Hiking the Area

I met a friend from KY here to go hike around the waterfalls & peaks that surround Asheville. The property is in a great location for exploring the area & visiting Asheville. The home was awesome! Very clean, comfortable & had everything we needed. The property manager was very available & helpful the entire time. Would stay here again. Appreciate you guys!

Great views from deck, short drive to parks, restaurants and downtown Asheville. Mt Mitchell is about an hour drive. Worth it! Blue Ridge Parkway is a beautiful drive! Owner was responsive and friendly.

A great getaway!

Lindsay, the property manager was there to greet me. The condition of the townhouse was absolutely excellent and very well equipped. It was wonderful to see the mountains from the deck and enjoy the cooler weather. The property is conveniently located near all the highways and the Builtmore Village was 15 minutes away.

The townhouse was very clean and just as described with plenty of windows to look outside at the mountain tops. The location to downtown was a very quick and easy drive. My pup and I had a very nice and safe stay and enjoyed the walks to the river.

A little slice of heaven on the Blue Ridge!

I spent 2 weeks here and it was wonderful. The view, amazing, the location, peaceful and serene but only a few minutes from grocery stores, etc. The Parkway exit was less than 5 miles from the location and made an easy trip up to the Arboretum and the Folk Art Center. I was working from the location and the wifi was completely reliable. The house was outfitted with everything you could need. The host even had a doggie basket complete with water bowl and toys! I cannot tell you how welcomed I felt and how safe I felt during my stay. Sometimes you take a leap of faith and it works out better than you ever imagined. 5 stars all the way! Thank you Lindsay!

Great place in great location

We had an amazing 7 night stay here! Lindsay was super to communicate with and very accommodating of a last-minute schedule change. For us the place a super convenient base for visiting the area - right next door to blue ridge Parkway for hiking and biking and only a short drive into Asheville for food and breweries. The house was very comfortable and well equipped, and the mountain view from second floor was stunning. Grateful that our dog was also welcome here. We'd definitely stay again!
