We stayed one night while in town for our daughter’s graduation from UNC-A and absolutely loved it- we only wish we’d had time to stay another night. We booked a King Suite for our family of four and were very comfortable. The bed, bedding, and pillows were all excellent (and we’re picky!). The room was clean, modern, and well furnished. The front desk staff member who checked us in around 10 p.m. was fantastic- very pleasant and welcoming. I didn’t catch his name, but he mentioned he’s originally from Minnesota. Overall, we were extremely pleased with our stay and would happily return.

Room and hotel was impeccable clean. I was in room 107, which is the closest to the front desk. It was a fantastic location, except during the breakfast buffet. The chairs made allowed noise when being moved. Not a huge deal, but I would recommend putting some padding underneath or tennis balls. Staff was extremely friendly and attentive. As mentioned. The cleanliness of the hotel was fantastic. They had rubber gloves and masks along with hand sanitizer at various locations and readily available. Location was great too a few fast food restaurants such as, Wendy's, McDonald's, Panda Express, etc.

Room was clean and comfortable and exactly what we needed for our quick night stay in Asheville. The pancake machine was not working at breakfast and they did not have some of the regular offerings we are used to, but they did have other offerings that were fine. They have a pretty Mountain View off the back porch of the dining area, which was nice to enjoy fresh air and a comfortable sitting area out there while we enjoyed breakfast. Parking was easy and well lit in the parking garage.

I had an amazing time at the hotel! It was super clean, the front desk staff were so friendly, and the rooms were huge and cozy. When we first booked, I was a bit bummed that we couldn’t stay downtown Asheville, but as soon as we arrived at the Holiday Inn, my feelings instantly changed. I’m so glad we decided to stay here. We’ll definitely be back!

The bagels in the bread was stale, and there wasn't any staff regularly attending to tables as people were leaving. So there were a lot of dirty tables and no staff around to help address the issue. The receptionist and front desk attendant did not greet us upon arrival, but she was efficient and checking us in.

Rooms were clean. Bathrooms are on the small side but it was fine for 2 nights. We didn't hear any road noise from our rooms. The breakfast was okay, a little less options than other Express properties we have stayed in. We would stay here again.
