The Rosewood is a one-level 1-bedroom cottage packed with personality and thoughtful detail. Three steps lead inside to a living space anchored by a bold purple sofa, a glowing electric fireplace, and a 55" Smart 4K Roku TV — a color palette and vibe that's unmistakably its own.

LIVING ROOM: The plush purple sofa pulls out into a full queen sleeper for extra guests. Board games are stocked. In-unit washer and dryer tuck neatly into this room. Sliding glass door opens directly onto the back deck.

BEDROOM: A king-size Helix hybrid mattress with hotel-quality linens for genuinely great sleep. Ample closet storage and a full dresser invite you to unpack and settle in — ideal for extended stays.
