Peaceful, Quiet, Cozy Studio Near Biltmore Estate and Downtown Asheville

Five minutes to Biltmore Estate and Historic Biltmore Village and a 10 minute Lyft ride to downtown Asheville. PLUS a host who knows all things local - from beer and food, to hiking, to local comedy and the art scene. Happy to help you plan your visit and make customized suggestions. Our Studio Apartment, a private, locked-off, lower floor of our home, is clean and quiet and convenient to all Asheville has to offer! Occasionally a bear walks down the driveway - so we recommend you look both ways before heading out the door (sightings are rare but I do have video I can show you). We have two cats on the property - they do not go into the Studio, but one is often outside in the driveway and delightfully friendly (Meadow). Perfect location for a couples getaway!

This property is extremely cozy and very easy to get to. Love how it is centrally located to so many attractions of things to do as well as great places to eat. Would highly recommend as a perfect place to stay for a great getaway.

The room was warm and inviting. It has a small sitting area that is very comfortable. It is great for reading or watching TV. The neighborhood is extremely quiet. One is only a few minutes drive from downtown Ashville and restaurants. It was the perfect getaway for a birthday celebration.

Cozy, comfortable get away

This property should definitely be on your bucket list when visiting Asheville! Private suite with bathroom and living area. We loved being able to retreat back to this space each evening. Highly recommend! We’ll be back soon!!
