This is the 2nd story space of a two story house with high ceiling that has a sizeable bedroom and closet, master bathroom has a shower, and standalone bathtub, which is to die for. Spacious living room with dining table/work table 4 stools. There is a double sided gas fireplace (bedroom/living room) which is wonderful, really sets the mood. There is an L shaped kitchen with a pantry, muddroom, and an amazing deck with gorgeous views of the Blue Ridge mountains. Washer/Dryer downstairs. House is 5 minute drive to downtown Asheville and River Arts District. 2 blocks from UNC Asheville Observatory which is great for hiking. Lots of restaurants, cidery's and brewery's close by.
