This was a wonderful stay in downtown, Asheville! We had family that flew in and the managers allowed me to do an early check-in since I had all of our groceries and cold products for the weekend. They were very accommodating and very responsible. The apartment was perfect. Three bedrooms and three bathrooms and plenty of room for us to spread out, plus a little balcony. We were able to walk everywhere we needed to go for the weekend. Thank you so much, if we ever come back, this will be our apartment!

The condominium was spotless and cozy, equipped with all the necessities for our visit. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and we appreciated the guest essentials available in both the kitchen and bathrooms. The highlight of our trip was attending a concert at Asheville Yards, which was conveniently located just across the street—only a 4-minute walk away! I highly recommend this place.

Perfect location

We stayed here to enjoy a week exploring Asheville, at the end of each day, it was easy to walk to dinner a a variety of restaurants. It looks exactly as shown in the pictures, everything was perfect and it was great to have parking!

Amazing location

The condo was spacious and very clean. The location was great to walk all over Asheville. Beds were super comfy and was well appointed with paper products, coffee and creamer, laundry and dishwasher pods, etc. We can’t wait to stay here again!

Great stay in Asheville!

The location was fantastic for Brewery hopping and walking everywhere. The unit very nicely decorated and modern and well equipped. Management responded quickly to any messages. We would definitely stay there again.

Great unit in a convenient location

Great property for a group of couples or a friends get away. Very close to restaurants, shops, and bars/breweries. The only slight negative is noise from the transit center across the street.

Loved this new condo in downtown Asheville. We were there on a chilly/rainy weekend, but so close to shopping and restaurants it was easy to explore a bit and head back to the comfort of the apartment without having to drive anywhere. It was a perfect location for our group of 7 adults. Walking distance to downtown Ashville. The living space was comfy and bedrooms were spacious. The kitchen came with a few basic cooking pans and utensils..Did not see any kitchen gadgets unless we missed them.

This condo was great and very well appointed. Walking distance to all things downtown and only a few miles from The Biltmore. Only negative is bus depot outside the condo which is a bit noisy early. Would definitely rent again.

Friends getaway

We stay with two other couples for a friends getaway weekend. Spent time hiking, visiting the Biltmore Mansion and exploring new restaurants. We also spent an evening at the local dueling piano bar…so much fun!!! This apartment was the perfect place to stay. Great location and very comfortable and clean accommodations, it felt newly designed and decorated. Very nice!! Will definitely use again.
