All I have to say. This was not 5* hotel. The hotel was old looking, especially the the rooms and hallways. It took hours for our room to be available, even after we told them we’ve been traveling for almost 20 hours. The staff tried to be polite but they didn’t get anything solved for us. Basically they made us wait 5 hours until check in time, just because that was check in time. No consideration what’s so ever. I expected better service, better room quality from intercontinental chain. The rooms didn’t even have the toiletries that other lower star hotels have. I don’t know what the say, I was really disappointed.
