The Attalos was comfortable, clean and located in and near safe areas to walk in day time and night! The staff friendly and helpful with any questions. We had a wonderful view of the Acropolis from our room balcony, and also from the hotel roof top bar. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

This family run hotel near Monisteraki is an excellent choice for its walkable location, friendly staff, cleanliness, and breakfast options and quality. A bonus is the rooftop lounge that has incredible views of the Acropolis!

This property exceeded our expectations. From the moment we walked in and were greeted warmly, to the entry to our room, which was spotless. We climbed into bed, and the bedding was excellent in the morning the towels were fantastic. Breakfast had a great deal of selection and was delicious!

We arrived and we're able to check in to our room that was so awesome after a very long international flight. They were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was right within walking distance to everything you would want to see in the central area including the acropolis. We were happy to see the view from the rooftop bar to see the Acropolis day and night.

The Attalos is a basic hotel and great for a few days in a great location of very near Monastiraki Sq. This is the 2nd time in 4 yrs I've stayed at Attalos. The bathrooms have been upgraded, very nice. Very fast check-in. Rooftop Bar with fanstatic view of Acropolis/Parthenon! Good selection of drinks. Interaction with staff was always positive. I like staying here on arrival.in Athens as it easy to get to and just what I need.

Rooftop bar is the best thing about this place. Staff was wonderful, bar was affordable and views can’t be beat. Location was less than 2 blocks to the subway Monastiraki which connects directly to the airport. Rooms are not large but sufficient as I found consistently on my trip in Greece. Very happy with this hotel and would stay again or recommend.
