Located on Milledge Avenue, you are close to UGA, the Botanical Gardens, and everything Athens has to offer. From the condo it's a 5 minute drive to campus and seconds from the loop to put you anywhere else in Athens. The condo has two big bedrooms with attached bathrooms. King Bed + Queen Bed + 2 Roll Away Beds. This condo is dedicated to visits just like yours, so it's like staying in a hotel only with a lot more space!

Fresh, clean, and trendy space. We have built the condo to give you a really comfortable stay where you can immediately feel at home.

The unit is on the ground floor and is connected to other units on either side and above, so you will hear some noises through the wall (almost always it is very quiet).

The condo is very nice. You could however hear every step the upstairs neighbors made. Music could be heard through the walls from next door. Luckily every thing was quieter by midnight. Could be a problem for people needing to sleep before then.

Wonderful stay in a quiet apartment complex in a convenient Athens location. It was just right for our family of 6. We appreciated the well stocked kitchen, in-unit laundry, and two full bathrooms with plenty of hot water. There were huge closets in each bedroom with plenty of room for a twin folding cot. Our older teens appreciated having their own “room.” We saw there is a pool, next time we visit Athens in the summer we’d like to go for a swim!

My family and I had a wonderful experience staying in this beautiful condo! From the moment we arrived everything was welcoming, clean and just like the listing. The condo is located in a safe neighborhood just minutes from UGA. It features beautiful, modern and tasteful decor - complete with a welcome basket of goodies to start you off. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need and more. Beds were super comfortable, and towels and linens were provided, as was a washer and dryer. Clean and close to everything perfectly describes this gem of a condo! Great location, very clean and comfortable, and in very good condition. Great communication from owner prior to our reservation. Their desire to provide quality accommodations definitely shows. We all found the beds a bit hard, but still slept well. We would definitely stay here again!
