A perfect choice
Posted May 18, 2023 on HotelsVery clean, modern, comfortable, aesthetic. Loved the kitchen. Amenities are limited, however, if you request something they did provide it (iron, extra pot, dish towels etc.)
It has drapes and an electric roller shades to block out the sun and noise. The apartments are adjacent to an elementary school yard, children are outdoors M-F all day (8-3) it can be noisy if your shades are up and windows are open, but it is still very private.
We stayed twice, once on the 1st floor with a larger patio, there was a small table and lots of space even though it is open to the neighbors. There was no indoor table to eat, only a coffee tabel in front of the TV - which works. The 2nd time we were on the 2nd floor with a very narrow balcony, no room to sit outside, but still nice to have a balcony. Also no indoor table to eat, just coffee table.
The building itself is very nice, good quality construction and quiet. Very nice lobby and a small elevator. A handy booklet is provided with helpful information about the neighborhood etc.
We used the pick up service provided from the airport and really appreciated our driver - it was well worth the extra $$ because we arrived late.
The neighborhood is full of everything you need, and quite charming, very safe. We liked being in an authentic Athen's neighborhood and away from the tourist area.
Note for host: instructions are needed for the washing machine (dials are in Greek). Also, how to let someone inside with door bell. Thanks!
