The team was so courteous! But...the door to my room did not close all the way and there was no hot water! I am went to get coffee at 10:00 am and was told that it was "gone." GULP. Not great for a person traveling on business.

We had to shower with basically room temperature water. After running water for 10 minutes the water would not become warm/hot. Upon checkout I mentioned it to the front desk and the said that was normal there when it’s cold outside. Definitely won’t stay there again if it’s cold outside
