I checked in and immediately checked out. The manager said he was going to give me a refund. There was no water on due to a leak apparently? A half inch gap around the entire door. Absolute disgusting room. Yellow stained sheets. Wouldnt let a dog sleep in the bed. Should be condemned.

It’s not clean at all! The whole thing smells like cigarettes! Smells of mold! Sheets and towels looked used

the WORST customer service and experience EVER

guy at the front desk in the morning is super rude. i had called to see if i had left items (totaling to a little over $100) on accident due to being rushed to the hospital. he refused to give me any information about the items, then said they got thrown away. when i inquired further, stating that normally hotels return items to guest not toss them (unless it’s perishable however these things were NOT). he then hung up in my face and when i called back he immediately put me on hold. i tried to call back 11 times (see attached photo) and each time was immediately put on hold and left there with no response to my personal belongings. safe to say the staff split my items and are now refusing to give them back. do not stay here unless you’re ok with being swindled and lied to. horrible horrible horrible.

Not pleased

It was one of the most disgusting hotels we have ever stayed at. The whole place smelled of drugs and there were vagrants all over the property.

very dirty, cockroaches everywhere. no chairs in room, only place to sit was on bed, very uncomfortable.
