This was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. I’ve been in hundreds of hotels between business and personal travel. This entire hotel stenched of cigarette and weed smoke. There was no escaping it. The walls were not even paper thin. It was so noisy in my room you could hear actual conversations in the room next to you, not just their voices and they weren’t even being loud just normal conversations. The heater in the room was loud and when it went off in the middle of the night, it went off with a bang, which inevitably woke you up. Between that and being able to hear snoring and minor conversations from rooms next to you and in the hallway, sleep was impossible. The set up was such that there was about a 20 minute walk from the South Park to the coastal Tower where we stayed. This was extremely inconvenient and you had to walk through smoke filled slot machines to get there. The floor layout was complicated. There were no maps and the signage to get to where you were going was nonexistent. Half the time we walked around lost. There was a $28 hidden charge called the service fee, $10 to South Park, and numerous New Jersey taxes. I will not be staying there again and was extremely unhappy the whole time I was there.

Dont stay at the coastal tower the rooms are extremely old they aren’t clean and they don’t give daily housekeeping everything is falling apart and dusty it doesn’t feel like you’re in a resort feels like a motel. I wouldn’t come back to this place unfortunately.

The room was dirty and had an odd smell to it. The wallpaper was falling off and the air vents were extremely dusty. Bathroom sink had used toothpaste in sink and no toilet paper on the holder.
