I think the hotel was fine… they never cleaned or provided new bedding or anything. We asked for them to come clean and replenish but it never happened over 5 days. They also lost our reservation and had to book our staff in another hotel. Not sure what happened there. Either Harrah’s made the mistake or Travelocity did NOT send our reservation. No record of reservation on Harrah’s side but Travelocity said it was confirmed as they spoke with reservations center but couldn’t put it all together. Not best experience

Asked for a non smoking room cause of respiratory issues gave me a smoking room dirty rug. Everything was broken in the room. Was there for a few days was never cleaned. Informed them about the issues of the room did not respond. Just stated they will make a note in the system.

Room was clean and hotel is huge but room was not attended to while we were there.We even put the garbage and wet towels out but for the entire day they weren't removed.We had to call the front desk to have them removed and to get new towels and toiletries. Also no bands were given upon check in.We tried going to the inside pool but at the door security asked for our IDs and to search our bags.I had my medication and a bottle of water and was told that those weren't allowed.So, we didn't experience the pool at all.Plus it opens around 10/11 am and closes at 5pm. We then forgot about this pool and went to Island Water Park Showboat down the road, which was a very Great experience. Food prices at this hotel is very crazy.$70 sent for 3 eggs and cheese and sausage sandwich with 2orange juice&1apple juice,1cinnamon rolland 1apple turn over..We had to take the local taxi(Jitney)in town to get McDonald's and a better meal at a Fish Market..

Had a beautiful view of the bay from Bayview tower. Room was clean and up to date. The bed was a little uncomfortable and had trouble sleeping. Shower was nice and roomie with great water pressure. Lots of restaurants to choose from. Pool and arcade if that’s your thing.

The room provided by the resort had a strong non-tabacco smoke smell that immediately hit us upon entering the room. The resort manager claimed to have no other room to give us and forced me to argue to receive a refund to sleep elsewhere. This was 3 days ago and we have still not received the refund.
