This hotel screams 80s but room was clean and renovated. The pool cover was unnecessary and should be competed for guests. Service at the pool was horrible. Not one waitress came up to ask if needed anything and we had to carry our buckets ourselves.

The room and facilities were very neglected. Everyone wants a tip for any interaction. Poorly designed layout of the entire property.

Very clean, only disappointment was that you have to pay for parking when checking out of the hotel. Never experienced parking for parking when you have a room.

It was mostly a good experience with quality accommodations, especially if you’d like a casino environment. The only drawback was, the rooms were sort of noisy. People can wake you up throughout the night.

Disappointed with my recent stay at Harrah’s Atlantic City. The power went out overnight and never came back, no heat, no AC, and everything was closed. What made it worse was the zero communication or empathy from the staff. Both Harrah’s and Expedia have done nothing to make it right, offering no real compensation for two room.. Definitely not booking through Expedia again.
