Was told that it’s complimentary parking, but was charged for it. Dust on top of bed and wasn’t vacuumed!

The 16th floor had people arguing in their rooms and down the hallway till into the early morning hours. Not acceptable. Management needs to figure out a buffing system for noice. Ignorant, rude people will continue to be a problem.

Non smoking room stunk of smoke they refused to change rooms, told us to wait in the room for someone to come and spray. Wasted my time waiting and no one came, no one answered the phone. After 4 trips to the front desk and 2 managers, and over 1 hour of our time, the room was finally changed and promised to be comparable but instead of the waterfront view that I paid for it overlooked a parking lot. It was already late and we were trying to get to dinner and had take that room. We got no apology, no comp.

For a working couple to save for a vacation spend over 2k on a room and have to plead for the room to be cleaned not cool I cups not even water how do you make the coffee in the moarning
