I ordered an "ocean view" room and the "view" was that of a corner room that could see a bit of the southern beach. The problem I had was i was expecting to be directly looking at the beach from the price i paid. Also, The windows were so dirty on the outside i could barely see through the dirt marks. They need to get window washers to clear the windows up. The air conditioner kept making a knocking noise every time it turned off and on. It sounded like someone was knocking on the wall.
The TV stations were hardly HD. some were fuzzy and some didn't come in at all. We were only provided with 1 towel for two people. I didn't even take a shower because i didn't have a towel. I was underwhelmed with my stay for the price i paid.

When we got to our room, our room was wide open. The toilet was clogged. Nobody came to fix it. We had to wait over three hours to get towels.

Everything was good except for the Mimi frig. not working. Lost a lot of food with it not working
