Welcome to this stunning 4-bedroom, 3-bath waterfront retreat, thoughtfully designed for unforgettable family getaways and comfortably sleeping up to 14 guests. This beautiful property offers something for everyone, including a private sandy beach, large boathouse, picnic areas with tables and chairs, BBQ grills, fire pits, and a children’s swing set—endless fun for all ages.
Inside, the home features breathtaking lake views from the main-level living area, kitchen, and expansive deck. The fully stocked kitchen makes meal preparation easy, while the dining room showcases a custom-built farmhouse table that comfortably seats 12. The lower level offers a second living area perfect for kids and teenagers, decorated in a fun Marvel theme and equipped with a big-screen TV, air hockey table, and a queen-size futon for additional sleeping space (linens included).
All bedrooms are beautifully decorated and include flat-screen TVs. The oversized master suite features a king bed, walk-in closet, and private bathroom. The second and third bedrooms each offer queen beds, while the fourth bedroom includes two sets of twin-over-full bunk beds, making it ideal for children. Full bathrooms with tub/shower combinations are conveniently located on both levels.
Step outside and unwind on the large deck, sandy beach, dock, or the impressive 1,600-square-foot boathouse with covered pavilion, where you can relax while watching the family enjoy the lake and taking in spectacular sunrise and sunset views. With ample outdoor furniture and lawn chairs, you’ll find no shortage of places to relax—or challenge each other to a friendly game of cornhole. The fun never stops!
Situated in a quiet, low-traffic slough, this property provides a safe and calm area for swimming and floating—extremely kid-friendly and perfect for peaceful days on the water. Awesome Stay!

The house was clean and comfortable! The hosts were super friendly and cery accessible if we needed anything. This is a great location in the cove to get away from the busy lake traffic. Kids can thoroughly enjoy the sand beach with both shallow and deeper water options. We were able to easily dock our pontoon boat as well. We woukd certainly stay here again!

Great Graduation Celebration

Although commencement was postponed, our family decided to celebrated with a stay on the lake. The property is great and we really enjoyed swimming. Marian is a great hostess.

Perfect Hidden Gem

What a great spot! Traveling with kiddos aged 4, 10 & 11 the beach area was an early morning savior! Super easy and a perfect, quick, fun spot. The house had tons of room and everyone enjoyed their stay. Hosts were super nice, easy to talk to & gave great recommendations. We will definitely look to come back soon!

2024 Auburn Graduation Weekend

We were very pleased with our accommodations. It made for a very memorable family weekend for my son’s graduation from Auburn. Marian was a wonderful host and was there to meet our every need. The use of her golf cart to help my elderly parents be able to go to the lake and back was a true blessing. Highly recommend for family getaway.

A Wonderful Family Getaway

We had a wonderful stay at the property managed by Brad and Marian. The house was spotless and had all the amenities we needed to make our stay comfortable. Our kids had a great time exploring the area and taking advantage of all the activities available. The beach area was especially fun for my 3-year-old niece. Brad and Marian went above and beyond to make our stay memorable, even taking us out on their boat to watch the sunset. It was an amazing experience, and we would definitely recommend staying here!

Family Vacation

We rented 3 of the 4 properties and they were all very lovely. The properties were clean, spacious, well equipped, and well maintained. There were 30+ people in the 3 houses and everyone had very nice things to say about the properties. Would recommend to anyone with a large group lioking to be together but not all under one roof.

Great Family Trip

Upon arrival our lovely host was there to meet us. She made sure we everything we needed. She gave us directions to various spots. The house was clean and had everything we needed for a fun family experience. There was a boat there we could rent for a fee but opted for a driver and toured the lovely homes on the lake. We will be back.

Perfect home & setting in beautiful Lake Martin!

My husband, daughter and all of our parents stayed in this wonderful home for AU graduation weekend! We all loved it! The house is super clean, spacious, has a well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, and beautiful view of the lake. We had never been to Lake Martin and it did not disappoint! The home's host, Marian, was the BEST to work with, couldn't have been nicer. The drive is easy to Auburn University, about a 35-40 minute drive. My favorite part of the home was the family room with the tall ceiling and all of the windows looking out to the lake. I highly recommend this wonderful home!!!

Highly recommend!

From the time we arrived until the time we checked out, the owner was very helpful! Her and her husband are very nice people and make sure you and your family are taken care of. My son was pulling his kayak down to the water by himself and she asked him if he needed help, and she brought it down to meet me for him! We will be back and when we do, this will be where we will always go to! Their property is also in the most convenient and kid friendly area.

Lake Vacay with friends

Checkin process was very convenient. The house was spacious and kid friendly. Close to gas stations and little markets. Owners were very nice and went out of their way to take care of any issues we had. The sheets on the beds were really soft and so were the beds which is a plus for me. Very nice atmosphere to just hang out and relax. I don’t think we could have gotten anyone more friendly than Marian and Brad. We will definitely return.

Wonderful spot for family reunion!

This property was a part of a larger community with 4 houses. Our family rented the two larger homes. We had family come in from 9 different states! We took advantage of the pontoon rental, the grills, the corn hike, the canoes and kayaks, and pavilion down on the lake. It was a perfect set up for a perfect weekend. Owner is very accessible. Do not hesitate to reach out if something is wrong or missing. We plan to return every other year and this will be our choice!

Memorial Day Weekend

The house was new and very nice. Clean, nicely decorated, very functional. Worked well for our family. Problem was that it is not lake front, only one of the 4 houses would be considered lake front, and the dock is shared with the other 3 houses on the property meaning that you are using the facilities with 3 other families at the same time. The pictures suggest otherwise and no mention is made that the boat house is shared. There are 4 houses on this small peninsula of land which are close together so there isn’t any privacy for any of them. We expected that we would have the boat house to ourselves as did the other families that were there so everyone was disappointed in that. With 4 families coming and going, cars, trailers, boats, water toys etc would get very busy, congested and possibly unsafe for kids wanting to swim around the dock. The owners are very friendly and helpful but the proximity of other houses/people, and having to share the boat house would make it unsatisfactory for us to rent again. We didn’t know this the first time. The property doesn’t have ramp access. That is done at a resort a few miles away. It worked fine but not as convenient as on the property. If you had a huge family that could fill 4 houses this would be great.

Lake Martin 2022 Family Vacay

Our stay at the property wasn’t terrible it just wasn’t grand. The pictures posted online were a bit deceiving. The kids play area was overgrown and unsafe for my little ones, so we never got to enjoy that area at all. The beach is very small for the amount of people that could potentially be trying to use it at the same time. Only three beach chairs were available. The hammock that is located in the beach area was torn up from guest in another house on the property. I personally think the property could have been more manicured for the amount of money that I paid to rent this property. I mentioned to the homeowner upon arrival that I thought the pictures were very deceiving. Looking back at pics I think they were taken when the property was first built in 2019. A little disappointed.House is a beautiful home but just a little deceiving on outside amenities. I mentioned to homeowner that we did not have any baking pans or bowls of any type which she did bring some on day 5. Little late but we finally got some. If you are thinking of renting the pontoon boat from this Propoerty you may want to take a ride in it first to make sure it’s running ok. We had issues most of the week and the owner game with two nights left on our stay and make some adjustments that helped some. The pontoon boats are older one and that was disappointing for the amount of money paid.FLIES!!!! There were MILLIONS ofThem. Not sure what they can do to fix that issue but they were horrific!! You basically were running through the door or you would have 20-30 (not exaggerating) of them inside. But on a good note…the owners were very gracious to allow us to use their personal golf cart to cart my parents back and forth to the boat dock daily. This was very much appreciated. A little disappointed
