Not clean enough.

We stayed for 4 nights with NO housekeeping whatsoever. In one occasion I even asked to send someone to clean the room and restock items we were running out (toilet paper). They left the items in our room but ignored the cleaning. The bins were full, the sheets had a strong smell of cleaning products (although with stains).

We got there late and nobody was picking up the phone when we called so it took us awhile to wait for someone to open us from the parking lot. Also the guy from the reception wasn’t that welcoming and was inconsiderate when we asked for a late checkout. Even the way he spoke to us was a bit off and was kinda arrogant. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. Also i bought a croissant in the morning and we felt it was old and not newly baked.

Very nice and clean. No one bothered us and was also allowed a last minute late check in, only thing was there was no chrome cast on the tv but assured us and gave us free parking, definitely will stay again in the future
