Have stayed a number of times because they let us bring our dog. Great location, reception staff very friendly and helpful. Apartments are roomy, clean, comfortable. Would be nice to have Sky sport for the price paid for the rooms.

Great city apartment

We has a great stay. The apartment was spacious, clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped and being able to wash and dry our clothes was a bonus. The staff were comminicative efficient and friendly. Would definitely recommend.

2 night visit with friends.

We got upgraded to the Penthouse suite on the top floor so we had so much room and superb views. Ckeck in was aclittle difficult as there wasn't any where to pull in, with your car. But other than that, great.

Very clean and tidy 2 bedroom apartment, everything we needed. Walkable to city/waterfront/Ponsonby road eating. Playground in Victoria park opposite. friendly helpful staff. Will be back!

A dish towel in the lovely kitchen or paper towel would be much appreciated. We realize that cruise ship and airline passengers come and go at inconvenient times for cleaning staff. If you realize that someone is sitting in the lobby after a very long flight calling your cleaning staff to get their rooms ready asap would be most appreciated. Sitting awaiting 2:00 pm is further exhausting for your guests. NZ is in a unique position for passengers arriving mid-morning after a 14 hour flight.

Spacious but ..

Their suits are very spacious and enjoyable with fully equipped kitchen, closet space, spacious balcony, and also washer/dryer. However, not being a standard hotel, their lobby was just a small space and not a lobby in true sense. No staff to help, you are pretty much on your own. No restaurants. Breakfast they offered was horrible and very limited. Orange juice tasted like artificial orange juice. If you need space and plan to make your own breakfast, lunch, and dinner, a great place to stay. Close to downtown shopping and restaurants.

The apartment was clean. The beds were very comfortable. The location for the city was great. There was a problem with a dripping air conditioner which soaked the carpet. It was reported but could not be repaired during our stay. A blind in the bedroom was stuck. Again reported but nothing done about it.

Awful place to stay, rule and demands at check in are ridiculous and excessive. Was also placed in a disability room without prior advice of this, the room was not set up for standard users including a couch that you could not properly sit on. Staff were unhelpful and incompetent.

Staff appeared to put customers last and their attitude left me regretting this booking. Parking was difficult without full time access from parking levels to the hotel floors. Hotel reception is more like a youth hostel and breakfast is absolute minimal. Nowhere comfortable to wait if you arrive before room is ready. Staff didn’t seem to care that you didn’t rate the service. If you call before the staff appear unable to give you a straight answer about basic enquiries.
