Beautiful hotel with gorgeous spacious rooms. Beds are supremely comfortable with lovely linens! The waterfall showers have excellent pressure. My new favorite hotel for my stays in Toronto downtown! Five stars are not enough.

Not bad, we did have an issue with our room where it was very obviously not fully cleaned (pulled back the sheets anx there was crumbs and hairs), we called the front desk and they moved our room, they also said they would do something for us at checkout to "make it right" but nothing was done for us at checkout (we didn't question it either, honestly it wasn't that bad, the room was beautiful and the staff were amazing and we felt them moving our room instead of just shoving new bedding at us was amazing). I would recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in Toronto.

Great option near City Hall

I stayed here for a work trip and was very happy with it. The rooms are spacious, well laid out, and modern, with ample storage space. The fitness center is very good, the staff were friendly, and the price was reasonable. And, of course, it's a convenient location.
