The room itself was an ok size, the bed was comfortable too. However, the room we stayed in had almost no storage - a rack in the wardrobe with 5 hangers, no drawers or anything else. It was incredibly dusty, the bathroom had a drain issue so the bathroom constantly stank of sewage. Not an amazing experience.

The bed was very comfortable- much needed after our long flight. Barda at reception was very helpful / she told us how to get a E sim sorted for our stay and told us to go to commercial bay for something to eat which had so much choice and was very reasonable. We overslept and they gave us a complementary late check out 😊

This was a perfect stay in Auckland. Location was close to the viaduct. Had some minor issues with the WiFi but was taken care of by the front desk. Clean room. Right next to the market and different restaurants.

This was a perfect place for us to stay in Auckland. The room was beautifully furnished and the bed was very comfortable. We got a very restful sleep. We had dinner at the Sky Tower, which is close enough to walk, but also near bus stops in case you would rather ride. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is right next to a Wooly's, so you can stop in and pick up a light breakfast or shack.

The room was spotless and the view of the harbor amazing. Centrally located near the Viaduct, great walking paths along the harbor and dozens of restaurants of all types. Best of all, the staff bent over backwards to help us with some issues that we had to get accomplished overnight. They really went above and beyond.
