The hotel front desk area, hallways, rooms were properly maintained. I did not try the breakfast so I cannot comment. I arrived around 0900 and was allowed to store my bag at the front desk while my room was being prepared. I asked when it would be possible to get my room and was told that 1400 was the earliest possible time because check-in is normally 1500. I returned at 1400 and was told my room was not ready but other guests appeared to be signing for their rooms while I was told my room was still not ready. I went about my day and returned at 2000 and was given a room. My bag was also returned to me as I left it with no issues. My room was on the second floor (European 1st floor rooms) and contained two single beds even though I think I requested a double. The room did not have a phone, only had liquid hand soap for the bathroom sink and shower, and some hygiene items like q-tips. The room had a bottle of water (no sign that it was complimentary so I didn’t take it) and two glasses. It was a good place to sleep, very quiet, and the bed mattresses were firm but comfortable. If I were trying to save money, I would go use this hotel again.

Positives: Staff were friendly and helpful with recommendations of what to do and where to eat. Clean rooms. Great location next to the DB train station. Room was very quiet, I couldn’t hear anything from outside. Negative: just a few, no air conditioning but I knew that when booking the room, however it would be very nice to have a small fan in the room to help circulate air and cool it down. shower door caulking needed to be replaced as the water would leak between the door and adjacent glass wall then got on the floor. Other than those two very minor things it was a great stay. I’d recommend if you’re either a solo or traveling with your wife or girlfriend.

Can't comment on the breakfast, but this place is perfect to travel round on, just a hop from the station and easy walking distance into Augsburg. My hotel room was pretty cold and the shower leaked a lot, but was a good base for my travels around Germany. Danke!

Well placed for station and city. Clean, quiet and comfortable . Budget hotel so fairly basic but perfect for a short stay. Would come back. Check in time is 1500, we arrived 1420 and had to wait, but they looked after our bags

Unfortunately the bath room/shower was smelling of urine. Besides that the hotel was ok, but they should really renovate the shower, it seems that that’s not very clean any more
