A quiet, residents-only bay inside the secure Bay of Arcile, no shops or public venues within the community itself, by design. A car is required: Brucoli (7 km) offers waterfront dining and pizzerias; Augusta has full supermarkets; Catania Fontanarossa Airport is a 25-minute drive. Well placed for day trips to Syracuse/Ortigia (35 km), Noto, Ragusa Ibla, Piazza Armerina and Taormina.

Private pebble beach access below the terrace (aqua shoes recommended). Private covered parking, linens and towels included, high-speed fiber Wi-Fi, A/C and heating throughout, washer-dryer, and a fully stocked kitchen.

The first room, the largest, with a wonderful view that can be admired while lying on the bed, has a double bed with a large wardrobe and a bathroom with a shower.
The second room has a double bed and a wardrobe.
The third room has a wrought-iron bed with a pull-out trundle underneath, sleeping two.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas cooker (with gas cylinder) and an emergency electric cooker, dishwasher, toaster, Italian coffeemaker (moka) and coffee machine (Lavazza).

There is a dining room with a large table and a round living room with a big sofa, two armchairs and a fireplace.

The house has three terraces: one in the backyard with an outdoor shower, a terrace in the front, where you can enjoy your meals with a spectacular view, and a large breathtaking sun deck on the roof.

Car is necessary because there is no public transportation that goes to the area.

A regional railway line runs a few meters beyond the property fence, with occasional trains during the day (never at night) that don't affect the peacefulness of the accommodation.
