My room had a strong mold odor, noticeable even in the hotel corridors. Staff were rude and disorganized. No breakfast service after 8 a.m. Overall, a disappointing and poorly managed experience.

The location of the property is definitely not well thought out, there is always heavy traffic when getting out of the parking lot. The rooms were clean but the appliances are old and outdated. At least we found a nice piece of half eaten cake in the microwave as a surprise!

Marina the check in host was rude in a passive aggressive tone and profiled me . I had to use the restroom and she literally wouldn't give me the code until she found my reservation . She found it and then gave me the code after that she mad it more complicated for me I can with a family we are vacationing and traveling we are tired and this happens horrible service .

Property and rooms were very clean. Biggest downfall was the construction outside of property making it hard to get onto I35 service road but show me a bigger city that doesn't have construction going on. Overall, the people were actually pretty nice about stopping and letting you in.
