My husband stayed there off and on the last 3 months and it was horrible the one thing good was the price. He came home with bites all over, come to find out there was bed bugs. And the mattress was from 2005 .. that is ridiculous! I’m asking for a refund ! We have pictures.

Great experience overall! Outstanding staff, very welcoming, friendly, helpful, positive atmosphere. Examples like the front desk manager Mikayla who went the extra mile to accomodate the type of room I desired (location, view etc), and who also is running all the time thoroughly ensuring that everything is the best for everyone. The same with Jennifer, front desk is extremely busy juggling between incoming customers and servicing existing guests. Ethish is also very welcoming, thorough in helping, very friendly and positive. Akhil shows high professionalism, friendliness and caring as well. Diana (also front desk manager) confirms the same same qualities of this great team. Security is very active day and night, adding extra comfort to the numerous security cameras and the quiet area. The continental hot breakfast is of good quality. Fresh coffee is available 24/7. The rooms are very clean, the housekeeping and cleaning teams are also very helpful and polite (to exemplify with Rocio). Windham management inspects this location regularly. I strongly recommend this place for a great value stay!

I have to admit that I did not pay a lot to stay here, but the sidewalk and parking lot really needed to be repaved. It was very uneven and you had to watch where you were walking. There were some repairs needed in the room as well but were minor. The clerk upon check-in did not tell me when breakfast was. It ended at 9 which I find unusual for a weekend day. I heard the neighbors through the walls. They asked that we not put the cooler under 68 and the heater over 72. That was unusual. But for what I paid, it was sufficient.

My stay was great and comfortable. The hotel felt safe because they have an onsite security officer. The staff are real accommodating and nice. Will definitely stay again.
