About 100 meters from the splendid Piccio beach, immersed in the quiet of lemon, almond, carob and palm trees, the villa can accommodate up to 7 people and consists of 3 bedrooms plus a small outbuilding which serves as the fourth bedroom, 1 living area with sofa bed, 1 fully equipped American kitchen and two toilets with shower and washing machine. Large outdoor spaces furnished with garden furniture, barbecue and outdoor shower.
The area is very fascinating, on the Sicilian Ionian coast, with very rich seabed, splendid beaches and crystal clear sea.
Nearby the centers of the Val di Noto, the Vendicari Nature Reserve, the Cavagrande Nature Reserve, the Pantalica necropolis, the Etna Park, but also extraordinary cities such as Syracuse, Noto, Marzamemi, Ragusa Ibla, Modica, Scicli etc.

A neat house near a lovely beach. The holiday house is in a great place to explore this side of Sicily. The garden is lovely and the owners were very friendly and kind.

Margharita and Daniele are such hospital hosts! We came in late in the evening and they brought us some delicious Sicilian delicacies with wine. The house is lovely, everything you need is there. The garden is very beautiful and large. We couldn’t have stayed in a more lovely place. Avola is a nice little town with a good enoteca and fishshop. We recommend Jou Beachclub on the beach near the house, great people there and the beach is quiet! Thank you for making our first week in Sicily such a marvelous memory!

Bellisima vacanza

Abbiamo soggiornato in 8 persone (4 adulti e 4 bambini) in questa comoda villetta e ci siamo trovati benissimo. La casa è dotata di tutti i comfort e per ogni cosa abbiamo avuto assistenza dal proprietario, il Sig. Daniele, persona gentilissima e premurosa che ci ha dato anche ottimi consigli sul posto.

Ein sehr schönes Landhaus mit großem gepflegten Garten. Vier Sterne

Der Urlaub dort war sehr schön. Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich und jeder Zeit ansprechbar. Sie verwöhnten uns mit Obst, Wein und Süßigkeiten. Die Zimmer waren klein, aber hübsch und gemütlich eingerichtet. Der Strand war nicht weit ca. 100 m und somit schnell vom Haus aus erreichbar.

Una casa comoda, ben attrezzata, a 100 metri da una bella spiaggia, in posizione geograficamente strategica. I proprietari Margherita e Daniele veramente unici in quanto accoglienza e gentilezza. Di negativo solamente che una settimana passa troppo in fretta...a presto Sicilia.
