I was expecting a hotel room as advertised. I was given a different place, a townhouse unit with a broken screendoor, defective hot water service, 2 cockroaches in the bathroom and a stinking drainage. I booked 2 rooms for two families. Two different booking numbers. When we arrived on the day, we were led to the townhouse unit and said that all of us would be staying in the same unit! Until I insisted that I booked for two separate rooms that they started looking for another unit for us. We were asked to wait for an hour as another room has just been vacated and cleaning was just being done! How did you arrive at a rating of 9.4 for this?

Over all reasonable price I was hoping there is A/C - just because all hotel in US is wirh a/c n shampoo n conditioner Clean n quiet place which is nice Breakfast should start early like 6 instead of 7:30

Perfect Family Getaway

The Hotel in general is very presentable. The location is far from the heart of the city which is perfect for those who visits Baguio just to rest and have a nice and quiet time with family or friends. View is awesome paired with breeze only this part of the town can offer. Only dowside in my opinion is the road alongside the hotel. With windows open, one can find it botheresome of cars passing by.

We stayed at this hotel for 3 days, and unfortunately the room was not cleaned properly. There were cockroaches in the room, which made the stay very uncomfortable. The TV remote was also missing. Unexpected noises from the building itself and outside like karaoke until dawn. Running children upstairs early morning and late in the evening. We reported these issues and made a complaint during our stay, but we never received any response or assistance from the staff. This lack of cleanliness and poor customer service was disappointing. I would not recommend this hotel unless these issues are seriously addressed.
