The young gentleman at the front counter was amazing. We got in town early and he was super kind to get us checked in early. Much appreciated!!!! The cleanliness was less to be desired. The hallways were pretty dirty and my friends room had to be changed because of the strong smell of mold/musty.

The room was clean and big enough. We had a king bed. The only king bed was up near the freeway we’re in our 80s. We had to take our luggage downstairs and then back up because guess what no elevator I would never stay there again thank you the bed was nice. The room was nice. They get into it was terrible

The Holtel was actually Average, but the service provided from the front desk to housekeeping was exceptional, which made for a pleasant and comfortable stay. The staff acknowledge the human being in everyone they came contact with.
