We had a lovely stay at this property. It was Easter, so not much was open in the area, but we appreciated the pool and jacuzzi being open until 10 pm. It was a nice way to relax after a very long day. I only wish the bar had been open later as well.

I waited in line while 2 staff were chatting. I was not acknowledge for several minutes. When I was acknowledged it was by asking do you have a reservation? A greeting would have made me feel welcome. The keys issued did not work, I had to go back to the front to get more keys, those didn't work either. I then had to wait for someone to come open the door for us. Once in the room I was disappointed to only find 2 towels, our reservation was for 4 people. My favorite thing about staying at a Doubletree is the cookies, so I was disappointed to receive burnt ones. On a positive note, the beds were comfortable and the room was clean.
