Casa Marinara A is a modern and graceful apartment situated at a short distance from the beach. It sleeps eight people. From Casa Marinara A you will have a view of the surrounding buildings and, partially, of the sea. Casa Marinara A is 70 square meters (750 square feet). It features a small private terrace, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be in the heart of Balestrate, where you will find restaurants, shops, public transportation, the beach and the tourist port. You will find a grocery store at 400 meters (440 yards), the train station at 270 meters (886 feet) and the closest beach (Balestrate beach) at 1.5 km (roughly 1 mile).
Casa Marinara A is located on the first floor of a three story building. You will reach it from the main entrance of the building by way of an elevator.
You will not need a car to stay at Casa Marinara A. If you do have one, you will be able to park it along the public roads (the actual distance might vary depending on the availability of parking spaces). The furnishings of the living room are modern and welcoming. The furnishings include two divans that unfold into two double beds. In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a microwave oven and an Italian-style coffee-maker. There is also a washing machine. The dining table can accommodate six guests. In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter a small terrace through a French door. The room is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. Here you will also find a safe.
Bedroom 1
You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the living room through an access area. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). The room has a window with a partial view of the sea. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bedroom 2
You will be able to enter the second bedroom from the living room through an access area. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The room has a window.
Bathroom
The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the living room through an access area.
