Our experience at the resort was disappointing mainly due to poor maintenance and lack of staff assistance.
First, the swimming pool was not properly maintained. There were tadpoles and insects in the water, which made it obvious that the pool had not been cleaned for a long time. We were told to wait while they cleaned it, so we went to do another activity. However, when we returned, no one was cleaning the pool and it was still in the same condition, so we were unable to swim.
We also paid â±900 per extra person, but we were informed that towels were not included and we had to pay an additional â±100 for them. This felt unreasonable given the already high fee.
The food was also disappointing. We ordered Ă la carte dishes that were advertised as good for 2â3 people, but the servings were extremely small and served in very small containers. The shrimp dish in particular had tiny frozen shrimp and did not seem fresh. Overall, the food was not worth the price.
The checkout process was another issue. The staff on duty were a new hire and an OJT, and they were not familiar with how to apply the senior citizen discount for food. I had to stand at the counter for almost an hour while they repeatedly tried to contact someone named âBajâ (I believe a senior staff member) for assistance, but that person never showed up.
The resort itself is large and has a lot of potential, but it clearly needs better maintenance and improved staff training. Many staff members were just sitting and
