Surprisingly nice. I’m cheap, and booked the “cheap” hotel so I wasn’t expecting much. I was upgraded to a jr. suite and it was fantastic. But I got the feeling that all of the rooms were this nice as well, just smaller. I wish I was here for more than just one night. I will be back.

This hotel is in a great location; it was only a 5-10 minute walk to downtown Banff. The front desk staff was friendly and were able to check us in to our room an hour early or so. The kitchenette suite was not very clean unfortunately. While the beds were comfortable, we discovered small stains on the sheets on two of the beds. The floors were very dirty as well, and all of my white socks quickly turned black on the bottom after walking around for a short period. We enjoyed having a kitchenette though, and it was stocked with all we needed. Overall, I wouldn’t stay here again but I did enjoy the location.

Old property, doesn’t justify the price we paid to stay there, no breakfast option, there’s no pool at this property. You have to walk half naked to next property where the staff was rude next door. Beds are not comfortable, but it was clean property and the room service was great at refilling the toiletries without reminding

I was so happy to find this mini apartment with a room for myself and two separate twin beds for my adult kids who do not like to share. We finally got some rest. And while this hotel doesn’t have the latest modern decor or a fabulous fancy lobby it has everything we needed for comfort. It has wooden floors which we liked less bacteria. It has air conditionin. In the main bedroom it didn’t quite reach but there was a fan that did the job nicely. There was even fruit, water and coffee in the lobby. I truly loved staying her more than in other fancier hotels.

Beautiful location, very walkable, right in Banff. There’s an elevator in the hotel, which made moving our luggage easy. Good parking. We chose the kitchenette suite and I cannot stress enough how amazing it was - they had all the utensils you would need to cook full meals, which is exactly what we wanted. You can’t go wrong with the kitchenette suite. They have free coffee and tea downstairs. The view is gorgeous, and it was really quiet. Perfect location. We had such a relaxing time, and would definitely come back again. The only complaint I have is that the luggage cart they have is cheap and terrible, but we’re probably the only ones coming with inordinate amount of luggage. Also the front desk NEVER picks up, NEVER, no matter what time you call them.
