Very clean and neat hotel, close to everything. It has a cozy lobby with a fireplace, beautiful interior yard and it is close to downtown. We stayed with children, and the staff was very helpful and accommodating to our demands. Will definitely stay again.

We were meant to stay at the Moose for a single night while in town seeing Aysanabee. My car broke down half way between Calgary and Banff and we were stranded waiting for a tow truck to take us back to Calgary. Even though I was well past the cancellation window, I called the hotel to see if there was anything they could do. I spoke with Elliot at the front desk and his first question was “are you safe?”. What an angel. From there he said he would speak to his manager and see what he could do. He called me back shortly and said that they would happily refund my stay given the circumstances, have me instructions on how to finalize the refund with Expedia and then wished me safety in getting home. I have stayed at the Moose many times before and this experience just reinforced why I stay there. Thank you so much to Elliot and the team there. They took a really hard night for me and made it better through their kindness.

Absolutely love this hotel, it’s beautiful, nice rooms, hot tubs, pool, fire pit, fire place in side, decent little gym, sauna, and most importantly, the staff here are always excellent! They really go above and beyond for their guests! Highly recommend to anyone!
