The place itself was good and fairly basic but what I expected. There are trains that honk their horns throughout the night so if you’re a light sleeper like I am, I would avoid this place. It’s not the hotels fault, but something to keep in mind. I’ve stayed in Banff before (usually hotels in town) and never noticed the trains before.

The room was spotless, the beds very comfortable. We had a queen and king bed room with a small kitchenet stocked with everything we need with two little kids. The perfect place, perfect room, and so quiet even in a busy weekend! Highly recommended!

Nice views all around, studio condo was big enough for a couple. Good restaurant "The Prow" across the street. Transit passes are complimentary. Paper towels on request. No mixing bowls, only cooking necessities.

Booked three suites for my family. Check-in was smooth. The staff were great. The beds were comfortable, my toddler slept so well. My husband and I were able to dip in the pool, it was warm (but not too warm for me hehe). We all enjoyed our stay and wish we stayed another night. Will definitely come back again.
