The property was conveniently located to Banff Ave and in a beautiful area as for nature. The room itself was average for amenities and was as listed. Beds were comfortable but the a/c vents were horribly dusty. The vent in the bathroom had dust hanging from it and the a/c filter was covered when we lifted it up. We requested them cleaned and the vent was cleaned but a/c filter was not. Outside of that customer service was very prompt and courteous.

This was the perfect place, a short distance from Banff so you have some space but a 15 min beautiful walk and you were there. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They had board game

We stayed in a superior room. The place was good to stay but kitchen set up was not as convenient. It was located just after you get in so one can't open the main door with someone else in kitchen. The stove was a bit weird with a glass plate stove with all digital set up, took some time to get used to with two kids who required at-home cooking. Didn't expected to have to read through instructions pasted to use the stove. Parking outside the rooms gets bit crowded and narrow if you have a big car. Bathrooms were clean. Otherwise, good location.

Good place to get away. Pool is small but its ok. They have a steam room and sauna. Looks like there used to be a hot tub there but not being used anymore which is sad. Staff are AMAZING. Suites are spacious, clean, stocked with dishes and cookware. Very close to downtown Banff. Highly recommend!
