Wow. We’re to start. I’ve stayed at many fine hotels. But this one stands out. First the staff were excellent. They go above and beyond. They bend over backwards to make your stay better. Lovely hotel and great location. The beds were divine, can I ask which mattress brand the hotel uses because the whole family slept so well each night. The rooms are cleand and spacious, we had a family suite with separate room for the kids, which was excellent. The food quality can improve to match the standard of the rooms I feel, though a good breakfast spread. Overall we were quite happy with choosing Carlton.
