We stayed on level 20, our bath area was always flooded. The toilet is extremely tiny, completely different from the photos. The towels were stained, and floor mat even had blood stain. Luckily I brought extra disposable towels for my toddler so it wasn’t so gross.
Other than these, their staff are really friendly and helpful. They’re also very swift in bringing the missing toiletries to us upon request. Bedrooms are huge. Breakfast was decent, and the street has all the massage shops theatre very cheap. Away from the crowd yet not too far from where we want to be. Will still come back as I reckon these issues would be fixed, and the other two rooms that my family booked had decent sized toilets without any flooding.

Great location.
