No toothbrush, no hotel slippers, The staff was super sweet despite she can't speak English, but she was kind and patient welling to use translator

I had a blood stain on my pillow case but overall the room was clean and worth the price

not real mattress...actually it was a platform that a mattress goes on..no real mattress. no padding. like sleeping on plywood. shame on oyo. no shower in my room, it was on the blacony
