When we arrived, the home had not been cleaned, there were dirty towels in the bathroom along with a dirty sink, sheets were not changed in either bedroom, garbage not emptied, no clean dishes where available. I communicated with the "help line" both verbally and via text and was told they were "working on it" two hours later towels and sheets were delivered to us via a representative however they did not enter the house. My family and I removed the used sheets, collected the used towels, wiped down the sinks and washed the dirty dishes. No help was offered other than having a manger call me which did not happen. After the fourth attempt to speak with a manager I asked for a refund of the cleaning fee, the customer representative stated that they would credit me. I understand that things can go wrong and if it would have been handled differently, I would have been more than understanding. This was not my first time renting through your company and have never had an issue; the lack of concern on your part was unexpected and unappreciated.
