Red, White, & Views at Eagles Nest presents a luxurious retreat with breathtaking long-range vistas to relish from the expansive deck or the comfort of the interior. Perfectly situated across from the North Pavilion and near the Winery, this residence provides unparalleled access to all the amenities Eagles Nest has to offer.

This beautiful home boasts exquisite details and high-end finishes. Relax in the cozy seating area by the fireplace, featuring a 75" TV, or entertain in the stunning kitchen. The main level hosts the Primary King bedroom, complete with a private TV and a spacious closet. The primary bath is a sanctuary, offering a large soaking tub, a custom-built shower, granite double vanities, and a bidet.

Venture upstairs to the loft, transformed into a game room. Here, you'll find additional seating for relaxation, a foosball table, a triple twin bunk bed, and a twin-sized futon. Adjacent to the game area are two bedrooms, each furnished with a king-sized bed, smart TV, and captivating mountain views, sharing a well-appointed full bath.

Step outside onto the deck, accessible from the kitchen and dining area, and enjoy the new gas grill. The expanded deck features sectional seating and a fire table, perfect for soaking in the fresh mountain air or witnessing a spectacular sunrise with a glass of wine. For added safety, a locking gate separates the levels to keep children or pets secure on the main deck. The steps lead down to the lower-level deck, complete with a hot tub and fire pit. Additionally, a fenced pet relief area has been added to the grounds.

Also located just six miles from the home is the Beech Mountain Club where guests can enjoy access to private restaurants & events, professional tennis, a fitness center, pickleball courts, and a heated pool to name just a few amenities. Guest passes must be requested (Sports-level membership is available) and the transfer fee must be paid for in advance to the Club.

Guest do not have access to the locked off portion of the Sportsman's Lodge, the Fitness Center, or the Wine & Cigar Bar. That is for member use only.

OFF-PEAK SPECIAL: Stay longer than the minimum number of nights and automatically receive a 5-15% Discount - Only during rates listed as Off Peak.

Additional Notes:
- Firewood may be added by reaching out to us more than a week in advance. You get two wrapped bundles and a firestarter for $25/night.
- For larger groups, Dreamweaver is just down the hill.
- Guest do not have access to the locked off portion of the Sportsmans Lodge. That is for member use only.
- Guests are not allowed to bring their own ATV's. For information about ATV rentals please visit: offroadadventuresnc.
- The North Pavilion is host to several summer parties including a Fourth of July celebration and concerts which guests are more than welcome to attend however, in the event there is a wedding or other private party, guests are not allowed in or near the Sportsmans Lodge.
- Guests are responsible for supplying their own recreational equipment (basketballs, soccer balls, tennis equipment etc.)
- The summer concerts are open to all guests however there is an admission fee for each person and cash bar for food and drinks.
- The main roads are plowed in winter, but 4WD or AWD vehicles are required November-March, and chains may also be necessary to access all properties in winter months.
- All Eagles Nest homes have an additional amenity fee in order to maintain the luxurious amenities.
- Eagles Nest is an up and coming community, with construction currently going on in several of its neighborhoods. Construction noises may be heard from 7am-7pm Monday-Saturday.
- Please note that all Eagles Nest homes have internet, but some areas of travel may not have cell reception.
- All BRMR homes offer well stocked kitchens with all utensils needed to cook meals. There is also a "starter set" of paper products at the house: a roll of toilet paper per bath, several garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two. We do not provide hair dryers. Towels and linens will be provided.
- Check in is after 4pm and Checkout is by 10am
- Must be at least 25 years old to reserve. This person is required to be the person signing the agreement and must be one of the persons staying in the property for the reserved dates.
- No smoking inside the home. No trace of smoking left outside the home.
- Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals. All trash must be bagged and placed in the trash receptacle indicated in the Welcome Book inside the house or your digital guidebook.
- No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy allowed at any time. Keep outside noise respectable.
- 4WD/AWD and/or chains recommended during winter (Nov-March) for all homes. Travelers visiting during the winter months where inclement weather may be possible should come prepared with an AWD or 4WD vehicle, and chains may also be required if it snows. No refunds, allowances, or date changes will be given to travelers who are not prepared with the proper vehicle, as outlined in the Rental Agreement.
-This home allows 1 mature, crate-trained dog with an additional pet rent of $25.00 per night plus tax. Pets other than dogs are not permitted.

- CANCELLATION POLICY - Bookings canceled 30+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit. Bookings canceled between 15-29 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of the deposit. Bookings canceled within 14 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest. All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.

Cool Summer Nights

The house was just as described and provided the perfect retreat from the heat back home. The community is beautiful. We enjoyed hiking and seeing all the wildlife. We especially enjoyed being close to the Sportsman’s Lodge, Winery and dog park. Only wish we could have stayed longer.

Christmas getaway

A beautiful property in a lovely neighborhood with great views of the mountains. Love the decor, enjoyed the Hot Tub,and spent evenings by the warming fireplace. Our pup Rosie May loved the Dog Run fenced area across the street to play catch. We are excited to return for the Summer.

What a wonderful location!

So many amenities to enjoy in Eagle’s Nest. We had plenary of room for my family of five (kids 6, 3, and newborn) and our dog. Beautiful views from the living room. And if the weather is bad they’ve got one of the biggest tvs we’ve ever seen in a rental. We would stay here again.

Beautiful House & Community - A Crowd Pleaser!!

We loved our stay!!! The house, amenities, community, etc. was absolutely perfect for our 3 families! Our kids ranged from 14 to 3 and everyone was happy and had a blast! The adults took the 3 bedrooms and the little kids slept in the 3 level bunk in the loft. It was a perfect fit! There wasn't much snow on the ground but we found patches of it and had so much fun at the community tee-pee village, hiking trails and playground areas. Our group is from Florida and we drove up in 4WDs. For planning, it's helpful to note that the drive from the entrance of the community up to this house took us about 15 mins each way. The road up to the house was steep, curvy, with very few guard rails/barriers and very, very beautiful. It happened to be really foggy during our time there which made this drive a little more challenging, so we were a little anxious going to/from house. (Full disclosure...We are all true Floridians (rarely drive on non-flat roads), so we were probably driving slower than most who are more accustomed to any elevation above sea level.) Since this development was so new at the time of our trip, GPS hadn't caught up yet but will be shortly for sure which would be helpful too. The community management is very helpful and accessible. They said the community actively growing/ developing the roads, community maps, signage, etc. are all improving day by day which will make getting around a little easier. We made day trips for the Alpine Coaster, Grandfather Mtn Mile High Bridge, and Tubing at Sugar Mountain. I recommend all - very fun! The community really has SO much to offer, even if you don't go into town for other activities! We are definitely heading back to Eagles Nest next year!! Very Happily, The Florida Crew

Stunning house.

Beautiful home. In stunning neighborhood. My kids had the best time playing board games inside and enjoying the snow outside. We had 2 great days of skiing. Thank you for sharing your home with our family.
