41PAR1044 - Fantastic apartment near Plaza España

The apartment has 2 bedrooms (s) and capacity for 4 people. Accommodation of 50 m². It has a lift, washing machine, dryer, iron, internet access (wifi), hairdryer, balcony, heat pump heating, air conditioning, 1 Television. The independent kitchen, with induction, is equipped with fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, crockery/cutlery, utensils/kitchen, coffee maker, toaster and kettle.



Please take into account the following important information before making the reservation:



Important Notice: From January 12th to 30th, 2026, renovation work will take place in the building’s entrance hall. There may be occasional noise or disturbance during the daytime. Access to the apartment will remain available at all times. Thank you for your understanding.



- Towels, sheets and toilet paper are included upon arrival, however, replacement or change is not included during your stay.



- Travel cot:

Price: 30.00 EUR per booking. Not guaranteed, guests must request it 24-48 hours in advance and, if available, we will provide it.



Each additional guest not included in the booking will have a charge of 10 € per night.



-The use of the elevator by neighbors can generate noise during the day and night.



- Arrival outside the usual hours:



- Our entry time is from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM, Monday to Friday (please consult us if you wish to enter earlier). Outside of this schedule, 30 EUR will be charged in cash, after 10:00 PM it will be 50 EUR, and after 1:00 AM it will be 100 EUR.



- If the arrival day is a local or national holiday, weekend, the cost will be 30 EUR until 22:00, after 22:00 it will be 30 EUR. will be 50 EUR and from 1:00 am it will be 100 euros.



- If the arrival day is 24/12, 25/12, 26/12, 31/12 and 01/01 the charges will be as follows: 50 EUR until 22:00, after 22:00 100 euros and after 1:00 150 euros



- The Tourist Tax in force in Barcelona will be applied. (6.25€/person/night, for those over 16 years old and up to 7 nights).



- SMOKING IS NOT PERMITTED under any circumstances. Receiving a complaint or having knowledge that smoking occurs in the apartment will result in immediate eviction from the apartment and a fine of at least 400 euros. Smoking is completely prohibited in all areas of the apartment.



- PARTIES AND MEETINGS ARE NOT ALLOWED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. If we receive a complaint and/or the police, security or neighbours intervene, you will have to pay a fine of 500 € (in addition to the police fine).



The property will not be liable under any circumstances for thefts, burglaries or any removal of goods that may occur within the facilities of our tourist apartments.

Guests are strongly recommended to take the necessary precautions for the custody of their valuables, including the use of safety boxes if available, and to keep doors and windows properly closed and secured.

The safety of personal belongings is the exclusive responsibility of the guest.
