Charming apartment in Ramblas area

End of refurbishment: February 2017. This is a charming flat with three bedrooms and two bathrooms, located a few meters from Las Ramblas and a few minutes walk from the beach. In addition to enjoying the great comfort of the flat, you can relax and enjoy the sun on the large Chill Out terrace of the building, which we have equipped with sun loungers, tables, chairs and showers.
A special light and the colour of the sea are two basic ingredients that define a Mediterranean city like Barcelona. That is why we wanted to bring these elements inside this flat in Barcelona.
This is a comfortable and quiet flat in the ColĂłn Building of EnjoyBCN, located in the Gothic Quarter, very close to Las Ramblas, the port and a few minutes walk from the beach. In a private passage, which is closed at night for your peace of mind. It is a functional flat, recently renovated, with a charming design and a versatility that makes it an ideal flat for families with or without children. The icing on the cake is on the terrace: a spectacular chill out area with solarium, made with natural and sustainable materials where you can enjoy the warm winter sun or take a dip in the wonderful swimming pool in summer.
Feel the Mediterranean at home.
Access on foot: A few metres from Las Ramblas and numerous restaurants and cafés. 8 minutes from Passeig de Gràcia (the city's main shopping avenue where you will find the best shops of brands such as Chanel and Louis Vuitton, among others) and a quarter of an hour from Barceloneta beach.
By metro: One minute from Barceloneta beach. Just 3 minutes from Vila OlĂ­mpica, Passeig de GrĂ cia and Plaça Catalunya, 6 stations from Sagrada Familia and Parc GĂŒell and 7 minutes from MontjuĂŻc.
The communal rooftop swimming pool is 4.25 metres long and 2 metres wide.

Emplacement idéal pour visiter Barcelone

TrÚs bel appartement, à quelque pas de la Rambla, idéal pour ceux qui désire visiter Barcelone. L'appartement est fidÚle aux photos, trÚs bien équipé et se situe dans une zone tranquille. La piscine est idéal pour se rafraßchir aprÚs une journée de marche et relaxer avec un verre de vin.

Wonderful

We had a party of six staying together while exploring Barcelona before our family cruise. The location was absolutely wonderful! We could walk to the Sea, the Gothic Quarter and other nearby neighborhoods. The communication with the management office was outstanding! Any question was immediately answered on WhatsApp. What we really loved is the air conditioning in the apartment! Every time we walked in, we breathed a breath of fresh air! We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend for a party of six or smaller.

Our biggest complaint is the pillows! Not only were they thin but there was only one per person! Please be kind to your guests and buy some nicer pillows with 4 per bed! Also, please say in the listing that the washer dryer is NOT in the room but on lower level! Thank you!!!!

Wonderful in every way!

My three young adult children and myself stayed here for one week in the last week of October. We were so impressed by this apartment. It was in the perfect place, central to everything and easily within walking distance to most things we wanted to see. The apartment was extremely clean, beautifully modern, and equipped with everything we needed. The secured entrance was off a small alley with gates, locked at night, so very secure. It was within a short walking distance to the beach, right in the historic Gothic quarter, and close to our favourite place to have dinner, Placa Reial. Right across the street was a wonderful bakery, and a small supermarket, which we visited daily. Thank you enjoybcn for being organized, great communicators, and making sure we had everything we needed for a wonderful vacation! We would recommend this apartment to any of our friends and family as it went beyond our expectations.

Amazing time in Barcelona

A central location within steps of shopping, bars, restaurants and markets. The apartment was spacious, clean and well appointed. The rooftop pool was a bonus. And Ivan was great with check-in — recommending local spots for our first night. We would absolutely stay here again!
