Tolles Haus

Wir hatten einen Traumurlaub in einem Traumhaus, das eine unglaublich positive Atmosphäre ausstrahlt und wo wir uns ausgesprochen wohl gefühlt haben. Die Küche war voll ausgestattet mit allem, was man braucht - sogar mit 2 Kühlschränken!Der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin war äusserst unkompliziert und sehr freundlich.Ein Auto ist unabdingbar und die Zufahrt ein bisschen abenteuerlich. Dafür wird man nach der Rückkehr ins Domizil mit himmlischer Ruhe und einem grandiosen Ausblick über den See belohnt, und kann nach Lust und Laune den Pool nutzen.Einen Stern Abzug gibt es für die Dauer von Reparaturen, die nicht von der Vermieterin verschuldet waren und zum Teil trotz ihres unermüdlichen Einsatzes leider nicht während unseres Aufenthaltes erfolgen konnten. Wir haben vor wieder zu kommen

Wunderbares Ferienhaus

Das Ferienhaus ist geräumig, toll eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Der Blick von der Terrasse auf den See ist fabelhaft. Hervorzuheben ist der überaus freundliche und zuvorkommende Kontakt mit der Vermieterin. Sicuramente ci ritorneremo!

Das Haus ist ein Traum! Eine Klimaanlage würde es noch massiv aufwerten! Es zu finden ist eine echte Herausforderung! Der Weg muss besser beschrieben werden!

Schönes Haus am Gardasee

Ein schönes Haus mit unverbautem Blick auf den Gardasee. Das Highlight ist natürlich der Pool, der neu gebaut wurde und ausreichend groß ist. Das Haus verfügt über eigentlich alles was man für einen Urlaub braucht. Im Detail könnte aber manches vielleicht mal erneuert werden. Ein Manko ist aus meiner Sicht die Zufahrtsstraße, die steil und eng (einspurig) ist, was gerade bei entgegenkommenden Baustellenfahrzeugen nervig ist. Apropos Baustelle: Die Nachverdichtung in der Nachbarschaft ist in vollem Gange, und wird in der Zukunft vermutlich auch für etwas mehr Verkehr und Trubel sorgen. Positiv ist, dass man nach vorn (zum See) und nach links im Prinzip keinen direkten Nachbarn hat. Zur Rechten ist allerdings direkt daneben ohne Abgrenzung ein weiteres Haus gebaut worden, so dass es nicht mehr ganz so kuschelig und separat wie auf den Bildern ist.
 Aber es ist trotz allem ein tolles Ferienhaus, das vergleichsweise schön und ruhig gelegen ist. Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin war ebenfalls sehr nett, hilfreich und unkompliziert.
