Great property, staff and breakfas
Posted Feb. 25, 2024 on HotelsGreat property, staff and breakfast.only thing that was keeping the hotel from 5 stars all the way across was the hot tub was broken. They put a notice in the lobby, but that was partially the reason I stayed there as I’d been driving for 8 hours and was looking forward to the tub. Other than that, awesome place.

The hotel sidewalk has a slab which has been pushed up an inch or so above the adjacent slabs. Instead of repairing the problem, management had the edges sprayed with pale yellow paint. On an early morning walk, I smacked into the edge of the slab. Nine days later I am still limping. In addition, I was charged a $50 refundable deposit which was not refunded as of a week later.

Check in guy wasnt very friendly. Checked in on monday afternoon. I understand it was just redone but, it was out dated, not comfortable at all.

Friendly staff, very courteous. Place is clean. Walking distance to the outlet shops.
